Winter is coming: Wyoming reminds citizens of radon testing as winter approaches
Radon gas indoors can be a problem year-round, but as winter approaches weather changes like frozen ground and snow can increase the amount of radon entering homes from the ground.
Wyoming is reminding its residents to test for radon, as all but 2 counties in Wyoming are in the “red zone” for high average radon levels, according to the EPA.
